Marketing and Events Executive

We are looking for an energetic Marketing and Events Executive to join our clients expanding marketing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, events, and building partnerships, with a strong background in social media management, organizing social media events and collaborating with influencers.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and execute marketing events, both online and offline, to drive brand awareness and engagement.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with relevant stakeholders, including vendors, sponsors, and other organizations.
• Create and implement social media strategies to increase online presence and engage with target audience across various platforms.
• Manage social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, monitoring, and analytics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all marketing efforts.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing and events strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing and event management, with a focus on partnerships and social media.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and tools, with the ability to create engaging content and analyze performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to finding innovative solutions.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
