Job Responsibilities:

• Create, manage and execute a structured and clear Internal communications programme in SME whilst promoting Group Initiatives
• Writing and editing internal communications
• Briefing the creative design team on graphics needed to support communications
• Manage and keep up to date annual events calendar, supporting in the management of external events, speaking slots and exhibitor slots. Inclusive of supporting campaigns and collateral.

Job Requirements:

• Good team worker, reliable and able to rapidly establish a high degree of trust, rapport and gain co-operation from wider Serco team
• Strong attention to detail; maintaining high standards for delivery, quality and accuracy
• Confident and articulate in all communications i.e. face-to-face, telephone and particularly written communications
• Confidence to deal with all levels of seniority and the ability to adapt communication and messages to different audiences
