You will be responsible for the day-to-day work systems and tasks to support the business, by proactively managing projects, conducting high-level data analysis, and enabling other team members to do their work. Key Responsibilities

Monthly budget tracking and cost reporting
Consolidation of data for key business trackers and extraction of data from work systems
Conduct high-level data analysis to enable other team members to deliver timely projects
Management of samples and customization for trial and store activities
Other administrative support and ad hoc tasks or projects

Job Qualifications

What are we looking for:

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in any major
1 – 2 years of relevant experience in managing budget tracking and demonstrated stewardship
Autonomy & Agility – Takes leadership and initiative in areas of responsibility, works independently and quickly adjusts time to most important needs.
Strong leadership, analytical thinking and decision-making skills
Exhibits the highest level of confidentiality
Proficient in Outlook, Word, Powerpoint, Excel, SAP, and SharePoint
Strong prioritization and time management skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
English fluency. Arabic is a plus.
