Marketing Associate

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to effectively promote our brand and properties
• Create engaging and creative content for marketing materials, including brochures, websites, social media platforms, and advertisements
• Manage social media accounts and develop content calendars to drive engagement and increase brand awareness
• Coordinate and execute marketing events, such as property launches and open houses
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure consistency of brand messaging across all marketing channels
• Analyze marketing data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve
• Manage and maintain the company's website and ensure it is updated with the latest information and visuals
• Work closely with the sales team to develop effective marketing collateral and support their efforts in generating leads and closing deals
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Proficient in using graphic design software and content management systems
• Experience managing social media accounts and developing engaging content
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and platforms
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Creative mindset with a strong ability to think outside the box
• Strong analytical skills to measure and track marketing performance
• Experience in event planning and coordination
