Marketing Business Analyst

KeyResponsibilities:

• Conductcomplex data analysis, generating insightful reports fordecision-making across various teams.
• Lead thedesign, development, and management of reports, dashboards, andportals integrating data from multiplesources.
• Maintain and support AC Nielsen salesdata, SAP product data, and manage the CRM system (SAPHANA).
• Provide leadership, mentorship, andcollaborative support to less experienced businessanalysts.
• Participate in the development andimplementation of strategic businessinitiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor'sor Master's degree in Math, Statistics, Computer Science,or equivalent quantitative training.
• 7+ yearsof experience in data analysis, interpretation, and team/projectmanagement.
• Strong quantitative skills andproficiency in Microsoft Excel andPowerPoint.
• Mastery of data visualization tools(Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense).
• Must havestrong experience in Excel.
• Must haveexperience with VLOOKUP pivot tables.
• Teamwork,self-confidence, organizational prowess, and effectivecommunication skills.
• Substantial experiencewith ERP and CRM systems, basic understanding of BusinessIntelligence tools.

LanguageSkills:

• Excellentwritten and verbal communication and presentationskills.
• Bilingual skills (English and Chinese -Mandarin or Cantonese)preferred.
