Job Overview:
The Marketing Coordinator supports the marketing department’s initiatives by organizing and implementing marketing campaigns, managing marketing communications, and assisting in the production of marketing materials. This role requires a blend of creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills to ensure the smooth execution of marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management:
- Assist in the development, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, social media, email, and print.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
Content Creation and Management:
- Develop content for marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, emails, and social media posts.
- Manage the content calendar and ensure timely publication across platforms.
- Edit and proofread marketing content for accuracy and consistency.
Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive landscape.
- Gather and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Event Coordination:
- Plan and coordinate events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Handle logistics, registrations, and follow-up activities related to events.
Digital Marketing:
- Assist in managing the company’s website and social media profiles.
- Implement SEO strategies to improve online visibility.
- Monitor and report on web analytics and social media metrics.
Administrative Support:
- Maintain and update marketing databases and CRM systems.
- Assist with budgeting and invoicing processes.
- Prepare marketing reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing role.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools, email marketing software).
Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
