Role Overview

The Marketing Coordinator with experience in a contracting company in UAE will play a crucial role in developing marketing strategies and converting deals for the group businesses. The primary focus will be on B2B marketing, with responsibilities including creating and executing marketing plans, managing social media and event calendars, optimizing online presence, and supporting the marketing budget for assigned businesses/brands. The ideal candidate should have a strong personality, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to driving marketing initiatives.

Key Objectives

• Own and manage the marketing plan, social media presence, and event calendar.
• Optimize group brands and products across online, social, and digital platforms.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their marketing needs and identifying opportunities for collaboration.
  
  

Main Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal departments, business leaders, sales divisions, and external suppliers to implement effective marketing strategies.
• Manage external and internal marketing communications, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Work with designers to create high-quality content and assist with design tasks.
• Manage and generate leads through omni-channels
• Support in organizing and attending trade shows and exhibitions.
• Assist with SEO and SEM article creation and monitor key metrics.
• Conduct meetings and presentations with clients to discuss marketing strategies, campaign progress, and results.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, and concerns, and providing timely updates.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with client acquisition and retention goals.
• Coordinate and organize client meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and follow-up actions.
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and pitches to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of partnering with our group.
  
  

Qualifications & Equivalent Experience

• University degree in Business Marketing or related fields.
• Design skills adobe creatives and canva
• Experience in leading successful marketing projects from ideation to execution.
• Experience in developing multi-channel marketing and communication plans, including social and digital campaigns, brochures, email newsletters, etc.
