Marketing Director

We are hiring a Marketing Director, based in Dubai, for a high-growth business with an expanding presence across Sub-Saharan Africa.

This is a unique opportunity for a senior marketing leader who has a proven track record of building brands from the ground up, launching products, creating demand, and scaling businesses across emerging markets.

We are looking for:

• Senior marketing leaders from FMCG / Retail backgrounds
• Strong experience in brand building and brand strategy
• Proven track record of launching products and entering new markets
• Experience leading multi-country / regional marketing initiatives
• Strong understanding of consumer behaviour and demand creation
• Experience building and scaling brands across emerging markets
• Ability to lead and develop country-level marketing team.

The client is specifically looking for someone who understands that successful market development is fundamentally about consumer behaviour, brand building and demand creation—not simply managing an established brand.

The role will report directly to the CEO and will lead the overall marketing and brand strategy across Africa.
