Overview:

CMPNIUM Hospitality is an executive search firm specializing in the recruitment of managers and executives for luxury hotel groups and high-end standalone restaurant groups. We are currently seeking a Director of Marketing for three restaurants in Dubai & Abu Dhabi, UAE on behalf of our client.

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Marketing Director to lead the marketing strategy for the client's restaurants across multiple locations in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-end standalone restaurant marketing, with a proven track record of driving business growth and enhancing brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement marketing strategies for the three restaurants to drive business growth
2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends
3. Create and manage marketing budgets for each restaurant
4. Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, traditional advertising, social media, email marketing, and events
5. Collaborate with restaurant management to create promotions and special offers
6. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing efforts, making adjustments as needed
7. Manage relationships with external marketing agencies and PR firms
8. Develop partnerships with local businesses and organizations to enhance brand awareness
9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in restaurant marketing
10. Report on marketing performance to senior management regularly
11. Develop PR with influencers, create social media strategies, and plan special events

Qualifications:

Requirements include a degree in Marketing or related field, a minimum of 5 years' experience in restaurant marketing (preferably in the UAE), first-hand experience in high-end standalone restaurants, strong understanding of the UAE market and consumer behavior, proficiency in digital marketing, and fluency in English.
