Marketing Executive

General Overview:

We are hiring for our client, a growing aesthetic healthcare provider in Dubai, seeking a creative, proactive, and digitally savvy Marketing Executive to support the clinic’s day-to-day marketing activities.

This is a hands-on marketing opportunity ideal for someone with at least 1 year of relevant experience who understands social media, enjoys creating engaging content, and is confident working closely with external marketing agencies to drive stronger digital visibility and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Capture Instagram Stories, Reels, Lives, and other engaging social media content within the clinic.
  
• Identify creative content opportunities and coordinate with the external agency on the social media content calendar.
  
• Ensure planned content is captured and delivered to the agency within agreed timelines.
  
• Coordinate with the performance marketing agency on ongoing digital campaigns.
  
• Participate in weekly performance meetings and follow up on agreed actions.
  
• Monitor Meta advertising campaigns, lead volumes, campaign performance, and lead quality.
  
• Review incoming leads and provide regular feedback to the agency on lead relevance and quality.
  
• Identify trends, concerns, and opportunities and communicate them to management.
  
• Support the implementation of marketing initiatives and continuously explore new social media trends and content opportunities.
  

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing, social media, digital marketing, content creation, or a similar role.
  
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Meta, and other social media platforms.
  
• Confident capturing content in a clinic environment and staying current with social media trends.
  
• Basic understanding of Meta advertising and digital marketing performance metrics.
  
• Strong communication, coordination, and organisational skills.
  
• Comfortable working with external agencies and providing constructive feedback.
  
• Creative, proactive, hands-on, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  
• Experience within aesthetic, dermatology, beauty, or healthcare is advantageous but not mandatory.
  
• Canva or similar design experience would be an advantage.
