Marketing Executive

New Launch Properties, a prominent real estate company based in Dubai, specializing in off-plan properties, is seeking a talented Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies to promote our new launch properties and drive brand awareness.

Responsibilities:

- Contribute to the development and execution of comprehensive marketing plans for new launch properties, targeting various customer segments.
- Create engaging marketing collaterals, including brochures, presentations, and digital content, to effectively showcase the unique features and benefits of our properties.
- Collaborate with the sales and CRM teams to design and implement targeted marketing campaigns, ensuring maximum reach and impact.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, customer preferences, and opportunities for differentiation.
- Leverage various marketing channels, including digital platforms, social media, email marketing, and print media, to optimize brand exposure and generate leads.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, website traffic, and other marketing metrics, making data-driven recommendations for optimization and improvement.
- Assist in organizing and participating in property exhibitions, events, and promotional activities to create brand awareness and generate leads.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including agencies, media partners, and vendors, to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, proactively suggesting innovative ideas and strategies to enhance our marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, CRM, and design, to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across all marketing materials.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate industry or related field.
- Strong creative thinking and conceptualization skills, with the ability to develop compelling marketing campaigns and content.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools, including social media management, email marketing, and website analytics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with off-plan properties and the Dubai real estate market is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
