Job Description
As a Marketing Executive at SEVEN, you will play a crucial role in executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, member engagement and business growth. You will work closely with the Brand Manager, Brand Designer, Photographer/Videographer and Digital Marketing Manager to implement campaigns that resonate with the target audience and uphold SEVEN's brand values.
The ideal candidate must have strong experience in managing and executing marketing campaigns from start to finish.

You will:
  • Assist in the development of comprehensive marketing plans and strategies for SEVEN and its sub-brands. Help identify and leverage market trends to enhance SEVEN’s brand positioning and competitive edge.
  • Take full responsibility for the planning, implementation and management of multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
  • Ensure timely execution of campaigns, including content creation, scheduling and coordination.
  • Collaborate with team members to create compelling content for social media, email marketing, and other communication channels.
  • Coordinate and manage events to promote SEVEN and its sub-brands.
  • Coordinate with freelance professionals and external agencies to enhance campaign deliverables and maintain high-quality standards.


Key Responsibilities: 
  • Demonstrate a deep passion for the digital world and a thorough understanding of the constantly evolving digital and social media landscapes.
  • Facilitate coordination between the Brand Department, Marketing Department, and creative agency for both international and local campaign creative and media plans.
  • Aid in compiling monthly PR coverage and crafting marketing presentations.
  • Help maintain a comprehensive archive of all advertising, collateral, and public relations activities.
  • Capable of leading integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
  • Exhibit exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and advanced planning abilities.
  • Possess data-driven thinking with strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills, capable of translating data and insights into effective online marketing initiatives.
  • Have solid knowledge of website analytics and CRM/marketing automation tools.
  • Think creatively and innovatively, proposing out-of-the-box ideas.
  • Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

1. Strategy Development:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and strategies for SEVEN and its sub-brands.
    • Identify and leverage market trends to enhance SEVEN’s brand positioning and competitive edge.
    • Collaborate with the Brand Manager to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.

2. Campaign Management:
    • Plan, implement and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
    • Oversee the creation of compelling content for social media, email marketing and other communication channels.
    • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve optimal results.
    • To manage the distribution of content across all channels and to ensure it is constantly up to date and in line with the brand guidelines.

3. Team Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the Marketing Executive, Photographer/Videographer, Brand Designer and Digital Manager to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
    • Coordinate with freelance professionals to enhance campaign deliverables and maintain high-quality standards.

4. Market Research and Analysis:
    • Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, market trends and competitive landscape.
    • Use data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and measure campaign success.
    • Prepare reports and presentations on marketing performance for senior management.
    • To manage and monitor the Club's online reputation across different reviews sites and social media platforms / Google.
    • To identify trends, insights and opportunities to optimize performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the wellness or hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong copywriting skills with an ability to create engaging and compelling content.
  • Excellent communication, organisational and project management skills.
  • Ability to think outside the box and bring innovative ideas to the table.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media and content creation.
  • Spanish language proficiency is an advantage.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in wellness or hospitality. Proficiency in media buying, meta ads, Google Ads, and TikTok ads. Technical expertise in Make.com, Zapier, HTML, CSS, and coding skills are a plus. Minimum 1 year of experience with Web flow, with a strong portfolio showcasing web design skills. Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
