A Reputed RetailGroup is seeking a talented Emirati National to join our team as aMarketing Executive specializing in both online and offlinechannels. In this role you will be responsible for developing andimplementing marketing strategies to promote our luxury brands andenhance our brand presence across variousplatforms.

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns to drivebrand awareness and customer engagement both online andoffline.

Create compellingcontent for digital platforms including website social media emailnewsletters and onlineadvertisements.

Manage socialmedia accounts and engage with followers to build a strong onlinecommunity.

Collaborate withgraphic designers and content creators to produce highqualityvisuals and multimedia content.

Plan and coordinate offline marketing initiatives such as eventsexhibitions and promotionalactivities.

Conduct marketresearch and competitor analysis to identify trends andopportunities for growth.

Monitorand analyze marketing performance metrics to measure theeffectiveness of campaigns and optimize strategiesaccordingly.

Stay updated onindustry trends and emerging technologies to enhance the companysmarketing efforts.

Work closelywith crossfunctional teams including sales retail and productmanagement to ensure alignment of marketing activities withbusinessobjectives.

Emirati nationality.

Bachelorsdegree in Marketing Communications or a relatedfield.

15 years of experience inmarketing with a focus on both online and offlinechannels.

Proven track record ofcreating successful marketing campaigns and drivingresults.

Strong understanding ofdigital marketing platforms and tools including social media GoogleAnalytics and email marketingsoftware.

Excellent written andverbal communication skills in English andArabic.

Creative thinker with akeen eye for design andstorytelling.

Ability tomultitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpacedenvironment.

Knowledge of theluxury retail industry is aplus.
