Job Description - Marketing Internship

TasksTasks

Key responsibilities :

Marketing Communications

  • Support in realization of brand and product campaigns in coordination with creative agency
  • Collaborating with team to brainstorm and develop innovative ideas for campaigns, promotions, and visual assets
  • Involvement in the communication strategy for Icons of Porsche
  • Coordination of Dealer Marketing projects in liaison with market counterparts
  • Support Marketing Planning & Reporting processes
  • Support the development and implementation of engaging Social Media initiatives

    • Digital

  • Google My Business Monthly Review and Maintenance
  • Supervision of Dealer Website Content changes request
  • Support and Coordination on Regional Training Initiative (i.e. Digital Academy)
  • Monitor and supervision of the Digital Service Desk (ticketing system)

    • Daily Administration

  • General office management of the Marketing department
  • Development of presentations for conferences and events
  • Support Procurement process (Purchase Requisition Process in SAP)

    • QualificationsQualifications

    Qualifications And Competencies

  • University study in business related areas
  • Advanced MS Office skills
  • Advanced analytical skills
  • IT Skills and knowledge of SAP based CRM system desirable
  • English written and spoken fluently and strong communication skills
  • Automotive passion desirable
  • Availability for 6 months required

    • Working Hours

  • Fulltime hours
  • Monday to Friday: 9:00am-6:00pm (weekend Saturday/Sunday)

    • Package

  • USD monthly income plus USD transport allowance
  • Leave Allowance of 5 days
  • Working visa and health insurance

    • Personal Arrangement

  • Flight to/from Dubai

    • Duration

  • 26.08. - 28.02.
