Ourcustomer success technician interns work with our technicians todiagnose and repair issues detected by our smart sensors andartificial intelligence algorithms.

This role presentsan amazing opportunity for technicians starting their careers tolearn more about the latest in HVAC and refrigeration faultdetection, diagnostics and repair. You will also get a chance towork with some of the best HVAC technicians in the Madison market.Your responsibilities include -

• Workclosely with our Monaire technicians and partner technicians todiagnose HVAC/Rissues.
  
• UseMonaire diagnostics app to identify potential issues and recommendrepairs.
  
• Actas an HVAC/R expert, provide guidance to Monaire operationsagents.
  
• Recommendrepairs/upgrades to help customers have a more reliable andefficient HVAC/Rexperience.
  
• Providefeedback to help improve Monaires diagnosticscapabilities.
  

Requirements

Tobe successful in this role, you must have -

• Knowledgeabout HVAC and refrigeration systems via past work experiences orvia coursematerial
  
• Ability to usemobile and web applications (e.g., customer data managementsoftware) to view diagnostics information, enter data, updatecustomer recordsetc.
  
• Valid driver slicense.
  
• Ability to work afterhours, over weekends and on public holidays with short or nonotice.
