Marketing Manager Purpose of the Role

Lead Eurostar’s marketing strategy with a strong focus on digital growth, direct customer acquisition, brand visibility and measurable commercial results across rental, leasing and mobility solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across Google, Meta, YouTube, TikTok and other relevant channels.


• Drive qualified leads, direct bookings and customer acquisition through performance marketing.


• Own website performance, landing pages, CRO, UX and digital customer journey optimisation.


• Lead SEO, local SEO, AEO and AI-search visibility strategies to increase organic traffic and conversions.


• Develop social media, content and brand strategies to increase reach, engagement and customer acquisition.


• Strengthen CRM, lead tracking, attribution, customer segmentation and lifecycle marketing.


• Use AI and marketing technology to improve content, automation, campaign performance and customer experience.


• Lead integrated B2C and B2B campaigns across rental, leasing, fleet and mobility solutions.


• Manage offline marketing activities, partnerships, events and brand activations where required.


• Monitor marketing KPIs including leads, bookings, conversion, CAC, revenue and ROI.


• Manage marketing budgets and optimise spend based on commercial performance.


• Manage agencies and external marketing, creative, media and technology partners.


• Work closely with Sales, Operations, IT and senior management to convert marketing activity into measurable business growth.
