Job DescriptionEathos is a leading player in the Food & Beverage industry in the UAE, dedicated to providing high-quality products and exceptional dining experiences to our customers. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team and drive our marketing efforts to new heights.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to promote our food and beverage products and services across multiple channels including aggreagtors, take away, Dine-in & Social Media.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the F&B industry in the UAE.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations, and Product Development to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with business objectives.
- Manage the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, menus, signage, and digital content, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging.
- Oversee the planning and execution of promotional events, tastings, and product launches to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, and leverage data insights to optimize future strategies and tactics.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing roles within the Food & Beverage industry, in the UAE market.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth & ability to work on multiple brands.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insights to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
- Good understnding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and web analytics.
- Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- UAE driving license and willingness to travel as needed.
