Marketing Manager - B2B - Dubai
Salary - 15,000AED - 20,000AED + Benefits
We are partnering with a well know Technology business in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of inbound marketing methodologies and the ability to lead and collaborate with a diverse, creative team. This role is pivotal in driving marketing strategies across our multiple different brands owned by this innovative business, ensuring seamless integration and execution across various digital platforms.
You will be:
- Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing and content strategies for the main brand and multiple other brand divisions.
- Overseeing all aspects of website design, development strategies and CRO across all brands.
- Managing social media strategies and execution for all brands across platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Google MyBusiness.
- Leading and managing a multidisciplinary team consisting of a Content Manager, Social Media Manager, Paid Media Specialist, Videographer, Multi-media, UX/UI and 3D Designers across the group.
- Driving lead generation initiatives through SEO, Google AdWords, and both paid and organic social media campaigns.
- Analysing and optimising marketing performance to enhance lead quality and sales pipeline growth across all brands.
- Developing comprehensive corporate identity (CI) guidelines
- Identifying, securing, and managing strategic sponsorships and partnerships to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth.
- Working with top designers and videographers to create engaging content that resonates with the unique target audiences of each brand.
You will need:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on digital and inbound marketing strategies.
- Proven experience in managing and leading a diverse marketing team.
- To be Hands On across all Marketing Channels.
