Marketing Manager- Digital Marketing MandarinSpeaker

Our client is one of the reputed consulting services providing one-stop solutions for developing the business and organizational needs of their client. They are looking to hire a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager Digital Marketing (Mandarin Speaker) to lead the planning, execution, and promotion of company's events and manage social media presence with a strong background in event planning and management, as well as experience with social media marketing, who will work closely with other departments including sales, product development, and public relations to ensure that events and social media campaigns align with overall company goals and objectives. The employee will play a key role in creating and executing marketing strategies to promote our brand and drive business growth.

In this role, you will have the following responsibilities:

1. Plan and execute company events including trade shows, conferences, and product launches.
2. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful event execution.
3. Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
4. Manage the company's social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
5. Manage and oversee all events logistics including budgeting, vendor selection and coordination, and onsite management.
6. Create engaging content for social media platforms.
7. Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for event planning and social media marketing to ensure they are innovative and effective.
9. International experience in managing events in different countries is a must.
10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all event and social media initiatives align with overall company goals and objectives.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2. 5 years of experience in event planning and management, as well as social media marketing.
3. Must have International Media Marketing experience.
4. Mandarin Language is a Must.
5. Proven track record of successfully planning and executing events and social media campaigns.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
8. Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
9. Ability to work well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
10. Experience with event planning & management software and social media management tools.
11. Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decisions.
12. Mailchimp or other email newsletter tools are essential.
13. Membership or high-end hospitality or luxury service Industry experience is highly preferred.

This is a full-time position with 5 days of working (Monday to Friday) with competitive compensation and benefits package.
