Job Description - Marketing Manager (Onsite)

Our partner, a prestigious luxury jewelry brand in Dubai, is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to drive brand growth in the UAE & KSA markets. This onsite role requires expertise in luxury marketing, digital campaigns, events, and customer engagement, while collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve the brand’s goals.

Key Responsibilities

Develop & execute marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and sales.

Lead digital marketing & social media efforts, including influencer partnerships and PR.

Plan and manage luxury events, promotions, and in-store activations.

Ensure premium visual merchandising in line with brand identity.

Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and key stakeholders to align marketing efforts.

Analyze market trends & customer insights to refine marketing strategies and drive brand growth.

Ideal Candidate Profile

5+ years of experience in luxury jewelry, fashion, or high-end retail marketing.

Strong knowledge of UAE & KSA luxury markets & customer behavior.

Expertise in digital marketing, events, and brand collaborations.

Ability to work with various stakeholders to drive brand objectives.

Willingness to work onsite in Dubai and travel between UAE & KSA.

Excellent communication skills in Arabic & English.
