Job Description

We are looking for a results-oriented and creative Marketing Manager to lead our marketing strategies, strengthen our brand presence, and drive lead generation across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Planning

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with company objectives.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis specific to the UAE real estate sector.
Identify and segment target audiences for customized campaigns.

Campaign Management & Content Creation

Plan and execute multi-platform marketing campaigns (online and offline).
Oversee social media content, print collateral, and video production.
Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver high-quality marketing materials.

Digital Marketing

Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) to maximize lead generation.
Improve website content, SEO performance, and overall digital presence.
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance with actionable insights.

Team Leadership & Coordination

Lead the in-house marketing team and manage relationships with vendors.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts align with sales targets.
Maintain consistent branding and messaging across all channels.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 7 years of marketing experience, including 3+ years in the UAE real estate market.
Proven expertise in digital marketing, lead generation, and campaign management.
Proficient in social media platforms, Google tools, and basic design applications.
Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Arabic language proficiency is a must.
