MarketingManager RF/SCS (GEM Region)

Pain Franchise

As SCS/RF Marketing Manager youwill be responsible for developing Pain portfolio in GrowingEmerging Markets that includes 5 clusters (Turkey Russia SouthAfrica Middle East South Eastern Europe). Youll manage all localactivities to help GEM Commercial Team and BSC partners to furtherdevelop SCS/RF portfolio local markets increase SCS/RF share inpain portfolio and increase SCS/RF therapy awareness in respectivecountries.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing a product based commercial strategy for theregion providing voiceofthecustomer marketing specifications to theGEM commercial Team acting as primary point of contact for clinicaland product support and actively engage in B2B sales activities tomaximize revenue of RF franchise

Developing and executing a comprehensive GEM launch planand strategy for new products including developing productpositioning defining marketing messages and collateral developingsales and physician education programs and training both domesticand international marketing and sales teams.

Championing product commercializationactivities across multiple internal and external groups such as GEMCommercial Team distributors agents and customers.

Determining and leading marketresearch to identify market needs and the corresponding productsolution opportunities.

Acquiring and analyzing feedback from key opinion leaderscurrent and potential customers third party market research andinternal stakeholders.

Possessing an indepth knowledge of the healthcareindustry in general and more specifically the segments targeted byassigned products including the motivators for action.

Creating and implementing marketdevelopment strategies to target key customers.

Establishing relationships withkey opinion leaders in the field.

What were looking forin you:

Minimum qualifications:

3 years of experiencein Medical Devices preferably in both marketing and commercialroles

Experience incommercializing healthcare products portfolio through new productlaunches and creation of productbased marketing strategy andexecution plans

Preferred qualifications:

Medical device experience with neurosurgical productspreferred

M.B.A. oradvanced degree

Degreein Engineering or Life Sciences preferred.

Previous product/therapy managementexperience

Ability tocomplete assignments of an advanced degree of complexity workingunder minimum supervision on specific tasks or projects withalignment with Sales and Marketing team
