About GBS:

The Global Business Solutions (GBS) team is responsible for the revenue growth of the TikTok business, and our teams include Sales, Marketing, Ops, Account Managers, Agency and partnerships, as well as Marketing Science.

About the Team:

The Marketing Operations Executive (MOE) sits within the Business Marketing team in GBM METAP (Global Business Marketing, for Middle East, Eastern Europe, Turkey, Africa, Pakistan) supporting the business marketing team across all functions, but reporting into the Head of Marketing Operations.
The GBM Team has a diverse range of functions and the MOE will consolidate all the programs and efforts, streamlining the flow of information and operations to the Head of GBM/GM. The TikTok Business Marketing Operations team enables and drives marketing programs solutions that support business operations. The team is focused on delivering programs, project timelines, budgets and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and manage cross-GBM projects such as key calendar magic moments, large scale events, industry partnerships
- Support Regional Head of business marketing to manage all marketing efforts within METAP region and others
- Centralize and optimize workstreams around externalization of material, case studies, partnerships
- Oversee industry activations and partnerships
- Manage, consolidate, and review the marketing budget expenses and operations in collaboration with Finance BP, Head of GBM, and GBM pod leads
- Acts as the GBM liaison for all cross functional relationships with Legal, GR, PR and Finance, overseeing QBRs and monthly reports
- Oversee TikTok For Business social, digital, and messaging channels (site, newsletter, socials) in collaboration with our 3P agencies (Content calendars, paid media spend, prioritization)
- Oversee the TikTok Lounge operations and finances

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

- A collaborative, operational minded project or account manager with experience in project management, digital media, production/or event management
