Marketing Specialist

DUBIMED is looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute social media content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
  

• Build and maintain monthly social media calendars
  

• Coordinate video shoots, designers, and editors to meet brand content goals
  

• Keep marketing tasks and workflows updated
  

• Support major events, activations, and on -ground marketing initiatives
  

• Conduct regular marketing visits to clinics for content creation, coordination, brand alignment, and campaign follow -up
  

• Manage marketing drives, content organization, and digital assets
  

• Execute email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns
  

• Collaborate closely with brand managers, internal teams, and external partners
  

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

- Proven experience in social media management and content creation

- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms

- Excellent organizational and communication skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

- Creative mindset and attention to detail

- Arabic native speaker (mandatory)

- Professional level English

- Valid UAE driving license
