Marketing Specialist

Black Pearl Consult is looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to support brand growth within the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing, social media management, and promotional campaigns, with a strong focus on increasing brand awareness, attracting customers, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote hotel services, restaurants, events, and hospitality offerings.
  
  


• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, websites, and online advertising platforms.
  
  


• Manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and maintain a consistent brand image.
  
  


• Coordinate promotional activities, seasonal offers, events, and special packages.
  
  


• Collaborate with the sales, operations, and guest relations teams to support business objectives.
  
  


• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new marketing opportunities.
  
  


• Manage online listings, promotional content, and brand visibility across relevant platforms.
  
  


• Analyze campaign performance, website traffic, engagement, and customer conversion rates.
  
  


• Coordinate with designers, photographers, agencies, and other external partners when required.
  
  


• Prepare marketing reports and recommend improvements based on campaign results.
  
  


• Support customer retention initiatives and strategies to increase repeat business.
  
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  
  


• Previous experience in marketing, preferably within the hospitality, hotel, restaurant, or tourism industry.
  
  


• Knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, content creation, and online advertising.
  
  


• Experience with marketing analytics tools and campaign performance reporting.
  
  


• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  
  


• Creative thinking, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  
  


• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively with different teams.
