Title: Director of ITOperations and Infrastructure

Job description:

• Providevision, strategy and direction to the Infrastructure, Operations,and Security teams to deliver best in class solutions, service, andsupport
• Overseeand lead daily IT Operations to Industry Standards such as ITILincluding networks, server operations, telephony services, cloud,collaboration technology, etc. to agreed uptime, capacity, andperformanceSLAs
• DeliverIT Compliance and Governance in line with the Company's ITManual including Reconciliations, Continuity, Security, ChangeManagement, Asset Management and Project Management.
• Manageand ensure compliance with the IT Infrastructure Change ManagementProcess including Planning, Communication, Risk Assessment,Execution and Validation.
• ManageProblem and Incident Response for infrastructure, security, andrelated events including communications, root cause analysis andresolution
• ManageCustomer Service Requests and Incidents assigned or escalated tothe IT Operations to agreed SLAs in coordination with the ServiceDeliveryManager
• Prepareand maintain documentation of infrastructure, including diagramsand configurationinformation
• Develop,maintain, and ensure compliance for SOPs (Standard OperatingProcedures) for all services offered by theteam
• Develop,monitor, and report on KPIs and SLAs (Service Level Agreements) toensure high performance andavailability
• Develop,Update and Lead ongoing operational readiness and Disaster Recoveryactivities
• Developand maintain a well-trained staff, both individually andcollectively
• Manageall aspects of team function and be accountable for teamperformance, including setting goals to drive team and self toachieve challenginggoals
• Ensurean accurate inventory is maintained for all assets, services, andcontracts
• Affecttactical and strategic changes to continually improveperformance
• Establish,maintain, and manage key vendor relationships and support contractsfor related technical systems, hardware, andsoftware
• Understandand anticipate customer’s needs, take action to providehigh quality solutions and exceedexpectations
• Actwith entrepreneurial spirit, taking creative approaches toaccomplishing goals and demonstrate achievementorientation

TheDirector of IT Operations and Infrastructure should have:

• Minimumof 10 years’ experience in IT leadership
• Proventrack record operationalizing and automating IT
• Extensiveexperience in architecting networks, infrastructure, and securitybydesign
• Experienceworking, building, and securing manufacturingenvironments
• Provenfunctional and project managementexperience
• Broadknowledge in IT systems andinfrastructure
• Experiencein setting technical directions andstrategies
• Excellentwritten and verbal communicationskills
• Demonstrateddecision making abilities and problem resolutionskills
• Strongpeople management skills. Proven ability to develop talent andteams
• Exceptionalservice orientation, with an outward focused mindset on the needsof the business and internalcustomers.
