Job Description - Mechanical Draftsman

Core Responsibilities

Design Execution: Create detailed working drawings, layouts, and schematics based on engineer specifications and calculations.
System Integration: Draft and coordinate mechanical layouts—such as HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems—to ensure clash -free integration with architectural and structural elements.
Drafting Standards: Maintain strict adherence to industry codes, drafting standards, and company templates.
Revisions & Updates: Update drawings based on site changes, consultant feedback, and design modifications throughout the project lifecycle.
Documentation: Manage project files, prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQs), and produce final "as -built" documentation upon project completion
