Job Description - Mechanical QA/QC

Key Responsibilities

Inspection & Testing: Conduct physical inspections and functional tests (e.g., Megger, Hi -Pot, grounding tests) on installations to identify defects.
Quality Planning: Develop and implement Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ITPs to prevent defects during construction.
Documentation Management: Prepare inspection records, test reports, and maintain updated, organized QA/QC records.
Drawing Review: Review electrical shop drawings,, schematics, and, material submittals against project specifications.
Material Verification: Inspect incoming materials for compliance with approved specifications.
Non -Conformance Resolution: Identify, report, and manage Non -Conformity Reports (NCR) for incorrect installations, supervising corrective actions.
Safety Compliance: Ensure work meets OSHA, LOTO, and local regulatory standards
