Project: Unmanned Surface Vehicle (USV)

Experience: 5+ Years

Salary: AED 8,000 - 10,000 per month

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a Mechanical / Structural Engineer for Hull structural design and marine hardware integration for our autonomous USV project.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Design hull structural components and framework

- Design IP67/68 waterproof enclosures for electronics and payloads

- Design mounting brackets for sensors, propulsion and equipment

- Apply Design for Manufacturing (DfM) principles for marine production

- Work closely with Naval Architect and Electrical teams

TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED:

- 3D CAD Expertise: SOLIDWORKS, SIEMENS NX, etc.

- Knowledge of composite materials (fiberglass / carbon fiber)

- Experience with CNC / DfAM rapid prototyping

REQUIREMENTS:

- 5+ years in mechanical / structural design, preferably in marine / automotive / aerospace

- Experience with waterproof, ruggedized product design is a plus
