Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and driven Media Sales Manager to lead business development for video production services. The ideal candidate will have strong sales experience within the media or video production industry, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a strong network within the UAE market. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment and is passionate about connecting clients with compelling visual content solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth for video production and media services.

• Identify, engage, and secure new clients across corporate, government, and commercial sectors.

• Manage the full sales cyclefrom prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closing deals.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with marketing leaders, agencies, and decision-makers within the UAE.

• Collaborate with the production and creative teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.

• Prepare proposals, presentations, and contract agreements.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to support strategic sales planning.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

• Proven sales experience in video production or related media services.

• Strong network of contacts within the UAE market.

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

• Fluent in English and Arabic (both mandatory).

• Currently based in the UAE.

• Ability to work independently and deliver high performance in a dynamic creative environment.
