Job Description - Medical Copywriter (Dubai)


12-month FTC.


Location: Dubai (Hybrid – 3 days per week in the office).


Language: English. Arabic and French are a plus.

About the role 


 


This is an in-house role within Greenpark, dedicated exclusively to supporting our pharmaceutical client. You will be fully embedded within the client team, working solely on their projects. This means you’ll collaborate closely with their teams, gain deep exposure to a global brand, and operate as an integrated part of their day-to-day organisation.   


 


The purpose of the role:  



  • Develop scientifically accurate and engaging content for marketing initiatives 



  • Bridge scientific knowledge and commercial objectives to produce content for HCPs 



What you’ll do 


 



  • The primary responsibility is to develop, repurpose and update content for various commercial assets.  



  • Asset Types covered- Commercial assets ranging from print (posters, slide kits, leaflets) to digital (emails, iDetails, webpages, social media etc.) 



  • Ensure developed content is compliance to local legislation and regulations including Client’s internal policies and supported by authentic and up-to-date references. 



  • Responsible for taking the content through approval process and addressing comments coming from review team 



  • Stakeholder Management-  



  • Need to collaborate with internal stakeholders who will be involved in developing end to end asset for example- Creative team and digital production team  



  •  External stakeholders which include program manager and content delivery manager from client’s GCS side and brand team as and when  



  • Should be open to use client's AI tools 



  • Being compliant to quality, timelines, confidentiality, and security; adhering to and following quality systems, processes, and policies; and being compliant to training and specifications 
     


About you 


 



  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment in promotional content development for pharma industry (pharma marketing/health care advertising/sales/ copywriting) 



  • A degree/diploma in health science (medicine/pharma/biology/biosciences etc) AND/OR a degree/diploma in communications with experience of copywriting for pharma promotional marketing. Any additional marketing degree/certification/diploma will be a plus 



  • Experience with print + digital assets in pharma marketing.  



  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 



  • Ability to adapt writing style for different audiences and media 



  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects 



  • Experience or qualifications in oncology, cardiology, respiratory would be an advantage 



  • Excellent work ethic
