Job Description - Medical Escort NL / FR Speaking (EU Licensed, UAE/GCC Based)

ART is building a dedicated pool of Dutch- or French-speaking medical professionals, licensed in the EU/UAE/GCC and based in the UAE / GCC, to support medical escort and repatriation assignments — with a particular focus on cases involving European patients, European receiving facilities, and European insurers and assistance companies.

â MANDATORY ELIGIBILITY — please read before applying

This is a specialised opening. You must meet ALL of the following to be considered:

Fluent in Dutch (NL) or French (FR), in addition to working English
Hold a valid, current clinical licence / registration issued in the EU/UAE/GCC (Registered Nurse, Paramedic, Physician, or equivalent)
Currently residing in the UAE or the GCC

We are recruiting Physicians, Nurses, and paramedics who want flexible, assignment-based work alongside their existing roles.

Typical assignments:

Medical commercial escort
Commercial flight, air ambulance, or ground transfer (bedside-to-bedside)
Pre-travel medical assessment and fitness-to-fly evaluation
Ad-hoc clinical support as required

You work per trip: accept what suits your schedule. You are not full-time employed.

This is a freelance, per-case engagement — not employment — and carries no guarantee of ongoing or future work.

Requirements

Mandatory (must-have):

Fluent in Dutch (NL) or French (FR)
Valid, current clinical licence / registration issued in the EU/UAE/GCC
Currently residing in the UAE or GCC

Minimum standards:

Minimum 4 years' international clinical experience
Active professional licence / registration in home country/UAE/GCC
Valid certifications: BLS, and ACLS minimum. PALS and ITLS/PHTLS preferable.

Deployment readiness:

Valid passport with strong international travel access (visa-free / visa-on-arrival to a wide range of destinations) preferred
Willingness to travel internationally at short notice
Composed and patient-focused under operational pressure
Approval from sponsor/employer to work.

Preferable, but not mandatory:
Experience:

Proven experience in Aviation / Flight Nursing
Intensive Care / Emergency / Critical Care experience or trained
