Medical Oncologist

Our company is seeking an experienced and dedicated Medical Oncologist to join our cancer care team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating individuals with various types of cancer, utilizing state-of-the-art treatment protocols and technologies.

Your primary focus will be on developing individualized treatment plans, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and providing compassionate support to patients and their families throughout their cancer journey. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive assessments, including physical examinations and diagnostic tests, to accurately diagnose cancer.
• Design and oversee personalized treatment plans for patients, incorporating chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and other therapies as appropriate.
• Monitor and manage treatment side effects to ensure the quality of life for patients during their treatment.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, including surgical oncologists and radiologists, to deliver integrated and holistic cancer care.
• Provide education and emotional support to patients and families about cancer diagnosis, treatment options, and coping strategies.
• Participate in clinical trials and leverage ongoing research to inform treatment decisions.
• Maintain accurate, compliant medical records and documentation of patient care.

• M.D. or D.O. from a recognized medical school.
• Completion of residency in Internal Medicine and fellowship in Medical Oncology.
• Board certification in Medical Oncology.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in oncology practice.
• Strong clinical knowledge and familiarity with current cancer treatment protocols.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong commitment to patient-centered care.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuing education and professional development in the oncology field.
• Valid medical license to practice in the state of employment.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
