Medical Oncologist

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations and diagnostic assessments of cancer patients.
• Formulate and implement personalized treatment plans, incorporating chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and clinical trials when applicable.
• Manage treatment side effects and provide patients with comprehensive care throughout their treatment course.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care efforts.
• Educate patients and their families about cancer diagnoses, treatment options, and coping strategies.
• Engage in professional development by participating in clinical research and staying informed on advancements in oncology.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with medical guidelines and protocols.

• M.D. or D.O. from an accredited medical institution.
• Completed residency in Internal Medicine and fellowship training in Medical Oncology.
• Board certification in Medical Oncology is required.
• 3-5 years of clinical experience in oncology.
• Strong knowledge of cancer treatment protocols and emerging therapies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient-centered care.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team environment.
• Commitment to ongoing education and professional development in oncology.
• Current medical license to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is highly desirable.
