Medical Outdoor Sales Representative (Junior & Senior)

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Medical Outdoor Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of medical products and equipment, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills. The Medical Outdoor Sales Representative will be responsible for visiting healthcare facilities, clinics, and physicians' offices to promote and sell our medical products. Additionally, they will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with current and potential clients, providing product demonstrations, and conducting sales presentations.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare facilities, clinics, and physicians' offices

- Promote and sell medical products to healthcare professionals

- Provide product demonstrations and conduct sales presentations

- Achieve sales targets and quotas

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

- Generate leads and follow-up with prospects

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in medical sales

- Strong understanding of medical products and equipment

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives

- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth

- Build and maintain relationships with key healthcare facilities, clinics, and physicians' offices

- Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas

- Identify new business opportunities and develop strong sales pipelines

- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product delivery

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

- Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in medical sales, with at least 1 year in a leadership role

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth

- Strong understanding of medical products and equipment

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

- Ability to motivate and inspire a sales team

- Strategic thinker with a customer-focused approach

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
