*About The Role:*

We are hiring a result-oriented *Medical Sales Executive* for our Wellness Clinic in UAE. You will be responsible for driving patient acquisition, promoting doctor consultations & wellness programs, and building strong referral networks with medical professionals and corporates.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Generate new leads through field marketing, corporate visits, doctor referrals, community networking & partnerships

- Promote wellness programs, health packages, and doctor consultations

- Build and maintain strong referral relationships with doctors, clinics, gyms, hotels, and wellness centers

- Convert leads into confirmed appointments through effective follow-ups (Call / WhatsApp / Field Visits)

- Coordinate with the clinic front-office and medical team for smooth patient onboarding

- Organize and participate in medical camps, wellness events & promotional activities across UAE

- Achieve monthly targets for leads, appointments & revenue

*What We Are Looking For:*

- 1-4 years of experience as Medical Sales Executive / Medical Representative in Wellness / Healthcare / Clinic Sales in UAE (Mandatory)

- Proven experience in field medical sales & business development

- Excellent communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills with doctors & corporates

- Self-motivated, target-oriented & ability to work independently

- Good knowledge of UAE / Dubai medical market

- Valid UAE Driving License & Own Car is highly preferred
