Full job description

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and guidelines specific to MEP projects to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.
• Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and audits to identify potential hazards related to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and equipment.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate HSE requirements into design, construction, and commissioning phases of MEP projects.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on HSE matters to project managers, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Design and deliver HSE training programs tailored to MEP personnel to enhance awareness and competency in safety practices.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses related to MEP activities, analyze root causes, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor and analyze HSE performance metrics for MEP projects, prepare reports, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards applicable to MEP systems and installations.
• Participate in project planning meetings, design reviews, and site meetings to address HSE concerns and promote best practices.
• Engage with clients, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders to communicate HSE requirements and promote transparency and accountability.
