MEP - QA QC Engineer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QA QC Engineer specializing in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems to join our dynamic team in UAE. The ideal candidate will ensure the highest quality standards across all MEP installations, guaranteeing compliance with project specifications and industry regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance and quality control procedures for MEP systems.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of MEP works to ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, and international standards.
- Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and review quality documentation including inspection reports, test certificates, non-conformance reports, and material approvals.
- Monitor MEP installation activities to enforce safety and quality standards.
- Support the project management team in coordinating quality-related activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure timely reporting of quality metrics and maintain proper records of quality activities.

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 2-6 years of proven experience in QA/QC roles specializing in MEP systems within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of international quality standards and codes relevant to MEP disciplines.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in inspection tools, testing methods, and quality documentation.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with UAE construction standards and regulations is an advantage.
