Job Description - Mep Q/S

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in civil/building projects.
Strong knowledge of quantity take-off, BOQ, estimation, valuation, and cost control.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
Knowledge of FIDIC and UAE construction practices is preferred.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
UAE/GCC project experience preferred.
Immediate joiners preferred.
