Mep Technician

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  

• Troubleshoot and resolve MEP issues across HVAC, electrical circuits, and water/plumbing systems.
  

• Interpret and understand technical drawings, layouts, and schematics.
  

• Conduct regular preventive and corrective maintenance checks.
  

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
  

• Maintain service reports and documentation for all completed work.
  

• Coordinate with supervisors and engineers to execute MEP works as per project timelines.
  

• Monitor usage of tools and materials and report shortages or damaged equipment.
  

• Assist in emergency repairs and attend to urgent service requests.
  

• Support inspections and quality checks as per regulatory and client standards.
  

Qualifications

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Plumbing or equivalent technical field.
  

• Trade certification in MEP disciplines is a plus.
  

Skills & Competencies

• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical panels, switchgear, fire alarm systems, and plumbing fixtures.
  

• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals.
  

• Knowledge of safety procedures and legal regulations in MEP systems.
  

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  

• Basic computer literacy for report documentation.
  

• Strong attention to detail and physical stamina.
