Eaton has approximately 96,000 employees and sells products to customers in more than 175 countries.\n\nThe MES Implementation Engineer is responsible for implementing and integrating the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) across the Dubai Campus. This role ensures MES aligns with business processes and enterprise systems (ERP, Quality, Planning), driving process standardization, real-time visibility, and operational excellence. The position focuses on delivering measurable business value and supporting Eaton\u2019s digital transformation strategy. \n\n## What you\u2019ll do:\n\n * Lead MES deployment and integration across all production areas within the campus.\n * Maintain and continuously improve the MES system post-deployment.\n * Ensure connectivity between MES and ERP (e.g., SAP), Quality and Planning systems.\n * Define and maintain MES standards, workflows, and governance.\n * Configure MES modules for traceability, OEE, production reporting and recipe management.\n * Develop integration documentation and data flow maps.\n * Manage MES projects: planning, resources, timelines and risk mitigation.\n * Act as the primary point of contact for MES vendors and internal stakeholders.\n * Provide training and support to end-users to ensure adoption and compliance.\n * Monitor system performance, identify gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives.\n * Prepare and present reports on MES performance, integration status and KPIs.\n * Drive harmonization of MES processes across production lines and business units.\n * Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and data protection standards.\n * Business Value \u0026 ROI: Track benefits such as cycle time reduction, OEE improvement and cost savings.\n * Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong communication with plant managers, process owners and IT team.\n * Change Management: Lead user adoption and organizational change efforts for MES implementations. \n\n\n\n\n## Qualifications:\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s Degree of engineering\n * 7\u201310 years in Operations, Supply Chain, or MES\n * 5+ years in project management\n * MES platforms knowledge, preferably Apriso (e.g Dassault, Ignition, Synaptica, Fluke)\n * Knowledge of Industry 4.0 and digital manufacturing is a big plus\n\n\n\n## Skills:\n\n * ERP-MES integration and complex manufacturing processes\n * Project Management certifications (PMP, Agile)\n * Effective communication and stakeholder engagement\n * Change management expertise\n * Business value orientation \n\n\n\nWhat We Offer\n\n * Competitive compensation and benefits package\n * Challenging projects in dynamic collaborative team\n * We make your aspirations matter \u2013 Eaton encourages internal promotion, whenever possible\n * We make your growth matter - We invest in our employees for the long term \u2013 not just with salary and benefits, but with ongoing learning and development opportunities made available through Eaton University\n * We make your contributions matter - reliability, safety, efficiency, and sustainability are at the core of our dedication to improving people\u2019s lives and the environment through power management technologies.\n * We make your wellbeing matter \u2013 We put your health and safety first.
