About the Role

We are seeking an experienced MicroStrategy Developer to join a client project based in Dubai. This is an initial one-month contract, with the potential for extension depending on project needs and performance.

The successful candidate will work full-time at the client's premises in Dubai and will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining MicroStrategy dashboards, reports, and business intelligence solutions that support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain MicroStrategy dashboards, reports, and scorecards based on business requirements.
• Create interactive and user-friendly dashboards with a strong focus on UX/UI and data visualization best practices.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and data retrieval processes to support reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate reporting requirements into technical solutions.
• Work closely with data engineering teams to ensure data quality, integrity, and efficient data integration.
• Optimize dashboard and report performance for large datasets.
• Support deployment, documentation, and ongoing enhancements of BI solutions.
• Provide technical support and resolve issues related to MicroStrategy reports and dashboards.
• Follow established development standards, governance, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a MicroStrategy Developer in enterprise environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with MicroStrategy Dashboard Development and Reporting (mandatory).
• Solid understanding of data engineering concepts and data modeling.
• Experience designing intuitive and visually appealing data visualizations and dashboards (UX/UI).
• Strong proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
• Experience writing and optimizing complex SQL queries.
• Good understanding of ETL processes and data integration concepts.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Working Arrangement

• Location: Client premises in Dubai.
