Position: Middle School Vice Principal (Male)

An established American -curriculum school in the UAE is seeking an experienced Middle School Vice Principal to join its senior leadership team for a Fall 2026 start.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Master's degree (QFE Level 9) in Educational Leadership.
  
• Minimum of 5 years' Middle School teaching experience, plus 5 years' senior school leadership experience.
  
• Proven track record of leadership within an accredited American school (3–5 years). Preference for candidates who have held outstanding, highly regarded leadership positions within the Abu Dhabi / Dubai / GCC region.
  
• Strong leadership capability with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Preferred nationality: Canada or USA; must be a native English speaker.
  

Package

• Salary: AED 22,000–25,000 per month (some flexibility for the right candidate).
  
• Housing allowance: AED 70,000–75,000 per annum.
  
• Annual economy -class airfare to home country for the employee.
  
• Education allowance in the form of tuition discounts (100% for first child, 50% for second child).
