Minibar Attendant

Main Responsibilities:

• Replenish minibar items in guest rooms accurately and efficiently.

• Monitor minibar inventory and ensure items are well-stocked and properly rotated.

• Record consumption and post charges to guest accounts promptly.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of minibar areas.

• Conduct daily inventory checks and report discrepancies.

• Respond to guest inquiries and requests related to minibar services.

• Ensure all minibar items are stored in accordance with health and safety standards.

• Collaborate with housekeeping and room service teams to enhance guest experience.

Candidate Profile:

• Previous experience as minibar attendant in a luxury hotel environment or related field is preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Basic knowledge of inventory management.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Flexible schedule, including availability to work weekends and holidays.
