Mobile App Developer - Healthcare Engagement Platform

Position: App Developer

Duration of contract : 1 Year

Location: Dubai (Hybrid / Remote) - Only candidates based in UAE will be considered

We are looking for an experienced App Developer to join an exciting digital engagement project for a leading healthcare and life sciences organization focused on innovative therapies and physician engagement initiatives.

This role involves building and enhancing a doctor engagement platform designed for hematologists and oncologists, supporting continuous medical interaction before, during, and after major medical congresses and educational campaigns.

Project Overview
The platform will serve as a long-term engagement ecosystem for healthcare professionals, enabling seamless interaction across the full event lifecycle:

• Pre-event engagement – event agenda access, schedules, speaker information, registration support
• Live event experience – session streaming, program tracking, CME point participation
• Post-event engagement – year-long content delivery, push notifications, educational updates, video content, and sustained physician interaction

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain mobile application features
• Build scalable engagement functionalities including notifications, content modules, and streaming integration
• Ensure smooth UX/UI for healthcare professionals
• Integrate APIs, analytics, and secure user authentication
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, medical, and campaign stakeholders
• Optimize application performance and reliability across devices

 Requirements
• Proven experience in mobile app development (iOS, Android, or cross-platform frameworks)
• Strong knowledge of Flutter / React Native / Native mobile technologies
• Experience with backend integrations and API connectivity
• Familiarity with push notification systems and content management workflows
• Experience working on engagement platforms, event apps, healthcare, or enterprise applications is a plus
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced project environment
