Mooring Man

Position: Mooring Man

Salary: 1500 AED

Rotational Shift : 90/30

Key Responsibilities:

- Safely and efficiently moor and unmoor vessels at offshore facilities, following all safety procedures and protocols.

- Inspect mooring lines and equipment for any damage or wear and report any issues to the appropriate personnel.

- Communicate effectively with vessel captains and other team members to coordinate mooring operations.

- Operate winches and other equipment to control the movement of vessels during mooring and unmooring.

- Maintain a clean and organized mooring area, ensuring all equipment is properly stored and maintained.

- Assist with other tasks as needed, including general maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities.

Qualifications:

- High secondary diploma or equivalent.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Mooring Man in the oil and gas industry.

- Knowledge of mooring equipment and procedures.

- Basic understanding of vessel operations and safety protocols.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

- Valid offshore safety training and certifications.
