Mother & Childcare - Nurse Supervisor

Qualifications:

• BSM, BSN / Midwifery graduate

• Practical experience in Maternal Child Health service

• Experience working with families and young children required.

• Proficiency with computers/tablets and experience with Word and Excel and web-based

applications including electronic client records.

• With good communication skills

Job Description

• Make contact and provide an initial home visit to all families

• Be flexible to participate in additional activities that may require flexibility of hours.

• Create and maintain schedules for home healthcare staff (Nurses & Midwife)

• Keep the department head updated as regards conflict in schedules.

• Consistently organize midwife's issues, time off requests, questions, changes in schedule, concerns.

• Coordinate with drivers on effective on time scheduling.

• Build professional relationship midwives to ensure excellent service delivery.

• Ensure scheduling systems are properly maintained.

• Input one-month schedules of the caregivers in the system
