MS Dynamics 365 (CRM) on prim and cloud

BlackStone eIT is excited to announce a new opportunity for a skilled MS Dynamics 365 (CRM) Developer with expertise in both on-premises and cloud environments. In this role, you will be key to implementing, customizing, and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to optimize our clients' operations and enhance their customer engagement strategies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) in both on-premises and cloud configurations.
• Customize CRM solutions to meet specific business needs while adhering to best practices and standards.
• Manage and support integrations with other systems, ensuring smooth data flow and consistency across platforms.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical expertise in implementing CRM functionalities.
• Conduct testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of CRM applications to ensure high performance.
• Provide training and support to end-users to optimize product usage.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and recommend enhancements as necessary.
• Create and maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and user guides.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, particularly in both on-premises and cloud settings.
• Strong expertise in customizing, configuring, and deploying Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Proficient in C#, JavaScript, HTML, and RESTful APIs for custom development.
• Experience with data migration, integration, and ETL processes.
• Solid understanding of CRM design principles, workflows, and data modeling.
• Capability to troubleshoot and resolve issues and performance bottlenecks effectively.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 are a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile project methodologies is advantageous.
