National Sales Manager (Car Rental)

Job Description

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to meet and exceed their individual and team targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and corporate accounts.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify potential areas for growth and improvement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and marketing strategies to drive sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices.
• Constantly look to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and achieve the budgets.
• Generating reports and presenting information to senior management.

About You:

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

• Experience and proven track record in any of the following areas: vehicle leasing and financing; retail operations; managing large websites and Digital Marketing.
• Minimum of 3 yearsâ experience in a middle management role.
• Be self-driven and ambitious.
• Bachelorâs degree (MBA preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
