Neonatologist

We are seeking a highly qualified and compassionate Neonatologist to join our esteemed medical team. As a Neonatologist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to newborns, particularly those who are critically ill or born prematurely. You will work in our advanced Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), utilizing cutting-edge technology and evidence-based practices to ensure the best outcomes for our young patients.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Diagnosing and treating medical conditions in newborns, including those with complex illnesses.
• Developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
• Performing necessary medical procedures and interventions in the NICU.
• Communicating effectively with parents and guardians to guide them through their child's care and treatment process.
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives and clinical research to enhance neonatal care.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution.
• Completion of a residency in Pediatrics and a fellowship in Neonatology.
• Board certification in Neonatology is mandatory.
• Current medical license in the relevant state.
• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a NICU environment is preferred.
• Strong clinical and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
